1. Sewage treatment:
When the suspended sewage is acidic, it is more suitable to use nonionic polyacrylamide as flocculant. At this time, PAM plays the role of adsorption and bridging, so that the suspended particles produce flocculation and precipitation, to achieve the purpose of purifying sewage, can also be used for the purification of tap water, especially and inorganic flocculants used in conjunction with the water treatment, the effect is better.
2. Coal mine washing:
it can be used in centrifugal separation of coal washing tailings, and in the sedimentation and filtration of coal dust and coal sludge, it can improve the recovery rate of coal dust and the rate of crossing the board.
3. Textile auxiliaries:
add some other chemicals can be formulated into chemical slurry, used for textile sizing, can improve adhesion, permeability and desizing performance, so that the textile has anti-static, reduce the sizing rate, reduce stranded slurry spots, cloth machine breaks and dropouts.
4. Metallurgical beneficiation:
such as zinc, abrasion, copper ore flotation and smelting, the leachate and residue can be added to PAM to improve the separation efficiency.
5. Anti-sand and sand fixing:
non-ionic polyalkenamide is dissolved into 0.3% concentration and added with crosslinking agent, sprayed on the desert to prevent sand and sand fixing.
6. Chemical grouting agent:
9.5 parts of non-ionic polyacrylamide plus 0.5 parts of N – methyl bis-acrylamide mixing can be used as dams, foundations, tunnels and other water plugging chemical grouting agent.
7. Soil moisturizing agent:
it can play the role of moisturizing agent in soil water conservation and sand fixing, grass planting, tree planting on hillside, sand fixing and dust prevention on sandy soil.
8. Oil field regulating water plugging agent:
non-ionic polyacrylamide and lignocellulose with the addition of certain chemical additives, can be used as oil field regulating water plugging agent.
